Former Oak Creek Teacher Sues School Board to Remove Sexual Assault Case from Public Records
A former Oak Creek High School teacher, Rachel Goodle, is suing the school board to have a sexual assault case removed from public records. Personnel records reveal that Goodle, who was accused of sexually assaulting a student, lied to investigators and attempted to erase both the investigative report and her suspension from the records. The Journal Sentinel acquired Goodle's personnel file through an open records request.
